December 12, 2012 Great place to workUnder the direction of the charge RN, I would assist in deliveries, assist in baby care, secretarial duties, float to other units as needed. Assist in the nursery or on Post Partum. Their was a high management turnover in this department, My co workers were great and very helpful. The hardest part about this job was trying to multitask, you could be literally doing 20 things at one time. the most enjoyable part of this job was the birthing experience. |
November 06, 2012 Terrific place to work.Called on and educated area physicians regarding diagnostic exams performed at Mary Immaculate Hospital. Became very familiar with various types of equipment and diagnostic testing within the radiology department. The hardest part of the job was competing with other organizations that had more technologically advanced equipment. The most enjoyable part of the job were my co-workers and immediate supervisors. |
July 04, 2012 Mary Immaculate Hopsital was a very nice hopsital to work for. Doctors and nurses worked very well together and it was a nice work environment. On a typical day at work, I would care for 8 patients per day. I would make sure patients are following doctors orders as well as advise them of a healthy diet to maintain or improve upon. What stood out about Mary Immaculate Hopsital was the Nurse superviors who were employed there. They truly helped made the hospital run smoothly, they would lead by example and were extremely hard working. Everyone noticed this from doctors to nurses to patients all the way up to high management. |
