Overall a great facility with room for improvement.

A typical day at work is fast paced and intense. Often the unexpected happens and we have to be ready for whatever it is. I learned to adapt to the speed and the needs of the environment. I learned to care deeply for my patients and to have respect for their hardships, and to be of comfort and assistance to their families.Management's doors were always open to address problems, and a lot of thought was given to improving the working environment, and a lot of thought was given to improving the mentoring of employees. I felt that this was an administrative goal that the management felt was worth addressing.I was grateful to have some coworkers who worked as hard as I did.The hardest part of the job was when we were understaffed, and I knew the patients needed the whole team on board. The most enjoyable part of the job was when the patients told me they were glad I was there.
