a fast paced clinical learning enviornment

I am a self starter and this is a major factor in being and effective caregiver to ensure positive patient outcomes. On a daily basis I collaborate with the team to effectively manage patient and family needs. As a team my co-workers and I communicate regularly to ensure a satisfactory outcome for our patients.
