R.N. in out patient surgery

We get patients ready for surgery/procedure and also do phase 2 recovery. I have also been learning to work as a circulator in endoscopy. I absolutely love working in an out patient department and love my co - workers. The hardest part of the job is all of the changes we are experiencing, some which are not positive.
