Nice people, Nice managers

Everyone is nice and helps you out. You are not punished if you don't know something. The charge nurses are super awesome! No matter what the unit is, the boss is always nice. The nursing supervisors are great too. Management is really scrutinizing employees right now because they are trying to unionize. Employees feel they are being watched constantly and Security guards are everywhere.
