Going to work being able to put a smile on patients faces, helping with the rehabilitation of other people was important.

HOSPITAL THINK YOU OWE THEM

It had it good too, love taking care of the patient and most the doctor were very nice. The management changed while I was there and it they became more concerned with the numbers than each patient care. I guess that what most hospital care about. I left due to stress and needing change.

did not like it one bit

I learned time management for sure because nurse patient ratio was overwhelming. a typical day at work was a 6-1 ratio. management sucked. my co-workers were awesome. I miss them very much. the hardest part of my job was time management. the most enjoyable part of my job was my team and getting off.

learning experience

This was my first nursing job. I performed routine nursing skills daily. This job was a learning experience for me and allowed me to develop adequate and professional nursing skills. Co workers were exceptionally assistive in helping me learn the job. The hardest part was probably keeping myself reassured and applying the knowledge I was taught in school. It made me proud to be a nurse and gave me experience and confidence.

fun place to work

fun to place to work, but didn't get much respect from the higher authorities and raises were never given due to the financial shape of the county hospital. Now it is in bankrupcy court.
