Difficult place to work, feared for my nursing license

Asked to take too many short-cuts in regards to patient safety. Staff openly hostile toward new employs managers not helpful in this area.Orientation non-existent. Computer system not friendly even for computer competent nurses. This was not a good employment choice. Which may be why they have so many employment vacancies all the time.

IN NEED OF A CHANGE

I HAVE BEEN A DEDICATED EMPLOYEE FOR OVER 10 YEARS AND LOVE WORKING IN MY HOMETOWN STATE. UNFORTUNATELY ALL TOP MANAGEMENT IN OUR HOSPITAL RECENTLY QUIT. MOST MANAGEMENT POSITIONS ARE CURRENTLY OPEN OR BEING SERVED BY INTERIM MANAGERS. THSI HAS MADE A CHALLENGING WORK ENVIRONMENT NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE. THE MORALE OF THE EMPLOYEES IS DEPLORABLE AND OUR RECENT HCAPP SCORES INDICATE WE ARE IN THE BOTTOM 35% I AM ANXIOUS TO JOIN A NEW TEAM OF DEDICATED PROFESSIONALS EXCITED AND ENTHUSIASTIC ABOUT THEIR JOBS.
