enjoyed the work, pay not sufficient

I was the med nurse, dispensed medications to patients, had to de-escalate anxious patients. The management was poor and unorganized. The co-workers were awesome! The hardest part of the job was dealing with very irritated patients and having to take them to seclusion. Most enjoyable part of job was learning about different psyches of the patients and working with a good group of people.
