October 14, 2022 Best Recruiting CompanyAdvantis cares! Need I say more? I never thought I’d be able to travel as a single parent, but Advantis recruiter Payton made it happen for my family. I have had great contracts with amazing hospitals. The compensation has been good too even when the rates are not great for other nurses, I was still paid well. My recruiter worked hard to fix and problems and supported me when I was concerned I couldn’t finish an assignment. With her help and coordination with the hospital, I was able to complete my assignment with another already assigned prior to completion. I am excited to be able to continue working with the agency. It’s been a wonderful experience. Guaranteed hours are a beautiful thing these days! I have lots of autonomy and am grateful for time off that I don’t have to beg for. I’ve been able to pay off my daughter’s college tuition and am grateful for Advantis and all of the staff who help me live my best nursing life! |
