July 17, 2018 RNI have been working with ARMS for almost a year and a half and couldn't be happier. Although it is a smaller agency, they provide top notch service in all sectors; recruiting, payroll, HR, etc. All members go above and beyond to ensure all parties are happy, not just the hospital (like many other agencies)! Fair pay, fair with contracts and jobs, and do not lie "just to get you to sign." I really couldn't be happier and now wish I had never tried to work with different companies! I just wish they were an even larger agency and could provide jobs to all of the country! |

July 17, 2018 RNI've worked for ARMS staffing for the better part of three years. When I started travel nursing, I did my research, checked out several travel companies, and spoke to most of them in an attempt to find the best suited agency for my needs. ARMS came in at the top, with flying colors, and over the past 3 years, they've proven to me time and time again that I made the right choice with them! I get calls from them often while I'm on an assignment, just to check in and see how things are going. If there are ever any issues, they are on top of trying to remedy them, and they advocate for me as their employee...the peace of mind that gives me is priceless. The compensation packages are always generous and fair, and they work hard to get you there. I can't say enough about the staff, their professionalism with a very personal touch, where you do actually feel as though they want you to succeed. I've actually considered paying their office an in person visit just to meet these folks that work so hard and get little credit for what they do, just to shake their hand and give them a big THANK YOU. I could go on....ARMS is top notch in my book! I recommend them to colleagues any chance i get! |
