April 12, 2023 RecruiterMicalah Thomas was my strength and coach! I walked into a terrible first day at the hospital with many nurses resigning due to management upheaval. It was a terrible first day and a rough 7 weeks. I will always be grateful to Micalah for being available at all hours of the day seven days a week. Her stamina and energy was infectious which I needed to get through the many hours of each shift at the hospital. I was pulled to several other units including ER which was awful! But I persevered with Micalah’s positive words. She was my Angel on my shoulder. I couldn’t have done it without her!!! |
