Jesse is an account manager/ recruiter and brings over 3 years of industry experience to Triage Staffing. Jesse joined Triage because they put an emphasis on being a relationship based company. Triage's motto is; We are big enough to serve you, yet small enough to know you.
Jesse's approach to business is doing what he says he will do, and treating others how he wants to be treated. His success in the industry has come from a diligent work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a drive to help mold his candidates travel careers from beginning to end.
Jesse is a Nebraska transplant, originally from North Carolina. He, his beautiful wife, and two children enjoy camping and fishing together. His hobbies include graphic arts, picking and collecting primitive/industrial antiques with his wife, and riding dirtbikes with his children.
"A person can be as great as they want to be. If you believe in yourself and have the courage, the determination, the dedication, the competitive drive and if you are willing to sacrifice the little things in life and pay the price for the things that are worthwhile, it can be done." - Vince Lombardi
At Triage, we prefer to be real. Real about expectations--both ours and yours. Real about how a decision you make today could affect your tomorrows. Real about how compensation actually works. Real about how great-– or grating--your next supervisor may be.
Being real allows everyone at Triage to be ready. Ready to serve you with real honesty. So if that gig near the ocean is really no day at the beach, or that third shift comes with a second-class rate, we tell you. So you can be ready, too.
- One point of contact for both travelers and facilities (per division)
- In-house compliance and accounting specialists
- On-staff clinical liaisons
- Mentoring program that is run and managed by actual clinicians – yeah, you read that right
- And more (because of course there’s more)
Are we the biggest? No. Are we the best? That’s rather subjective, but we’re trying to be. Will we work like hell to get you as close to your idea of heaven as possible? Yes. Yes, we will.
In 2021, Triage and TaleMed merged to become better together under the Triage name.
