The theme of my life has always been a desire to help others. In 2019, I started my career as a Registered Nurse. I developed a love for dialysis, healing and my patients. From there I decided I wanted to explore, meet people/professionals and learn as much as I could. What better way than travel? So I did just that.
I traveled with Fortus Healthcare for almost 3 years. I visited many clinics and each one taught me something new. I value my travel career as a time period in which I learned so many life lessons and built character as well as leadership skills.
In 2022, I was presented an opportunity to serve the travel community, people just like me. I felt called to become a recruiter so that I could present opportunities to travelers who were striving for something more. I have never felt so supported and at home within a company than I do at Job.com Healthcare. This began in my traveling days and has only gotten stronger as time passed.

I am pleased to write this reflection letter for my recruiter Alexandra George, RN. I've had the privilege of working alongside with her since February 2023. She helped me get my first assignment with The Fortus Group in February in Wasilla AK. Taking this position especially being far away from home can be very challenging and scary. Alexandra has made my assignment in Alaska unforgettable! She's dedicated, committed, dependable, understanding and experienced also as a traveler. She's aware of the anxiety and the situations that can occur, but she always makes herself available to me and cares and supports me 100%. When I left my previous travel company, I was looking for a recruiter who delivered excellent customer service and compassionate care. Alex is that recruiter.
