Experience in US Healthcare Recruitment and extensive experience working with nurses of units/specialties such as Medical Surgical, Telemetry, Stepdown, ER, ICU/CCU, PACU, Mother Baby, L&D, NICU, and so on.
• Experience in multiples ATS like - Nexus, Job Diva, TNS
• Hands-on experience Over VMS - Shiftwise, HWL, RightSourcing-NYCHH. Medifis5 and MedSol.
• Experience working with the direct clients and End to End Life Cycle of recruitment from requirement to onboarding of candidates
• Strong experience in sourcing, CV and candidate screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
• Proficient at cold calling and LinkedIn outreach
• Excellent in communication and public speaking and having leadership qualities.
