Travel Nurse RN - Administration / Management - $2,490 to $3,200 per week in White Plains, NY - * Assures the delivery of quality department /clinical services in accordance with established hospital and regulatory/accreditation agency standards. * Promotes a positive and professional image and is a role model, coach, mentor, problem solver and resource for staff and peers. * Responsible and accountable for the overall operations of their assigned department. This includes and is not limited to: development of department goals and objectives that are consistent with the hospital mission and strategic plan, the management of personnel, preparing/monitoring of and accountability for the department budgets. * Responsible for management of FTE component of staffing budgets * Maintains 24 hour responsibility for nursing care provided on the unit * Collaborates with physicians and other members of the Health Care Team to assure the delivery of optimum age appropriate patient care * provides hospital supervision as required by the Division of Nursing * Participates in the development of Evidence based Standards of care for clinical area of responsibility

Travel Nurse RN - Administration / Management - $46 to $55 per hour in Sanford, FL - The Manager ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit/department. The Manager monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.​​​

Travel Nurse RN - Administration / Management - $2,110 to $2,596 per week in Nashville, TN - * Directs and evaluates departmental operations, including the case management model, staffing (skill mix and FTEs), use of information technologies, onboarding, and staff competencies to achieve performance and quality objectives. * Allocates resources to effectively staff department and meet productivity and quality goals. * Responsible for oversight of CM core functions and practice. * Ensures the adherence to care coordination and discharge planning processes, ensuring timeliness, quality, and proper documentation.  * Works with the Facility CFO and Division CM Leader to achieve established goals and expectations. * Assesses and improves the department’s performance by evaluating operational processes, monitoring performance through analyzing data, and implementing sustainable performance improvement activities. * Ensuring compliance with policies and SOP. * Establish working relationships with key stakeholders to include CMO, CNO, ancillary service leaders, Ethics & Compliance, and Legal. * Performs other duties as assigned. * Practices and adheres to the “Code of Conduct” and “Mission and Value Statement.”

The Director fosters a culture of accountability and collaboration and supports the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedure in support of facility objectives.
