60-bed Long-Term Care unit with 4 wings that are broken into two sections, 2 South and 2 North.  Each hallway has 15 beds.  Staffing for the day and night shift consists of 2 RN/LPN for the facility, or combination of RN/LPN and 2 Med Aides.  There will be 1 CNA per hallway. There are no bath aides and staff is expected to help with bathing.  The contract staff may float to Memory Care (12-bed unit) but it is not extremely likely as the facility likes to keep consistency in caregivers for those residents.  All rooms are double occupancy with the except of 3 private rooms.

Minimum of 2 years experience working as an LPN in a Long-Term Care setting. 
Requirements:  Licensed as an LPN in the State of Nebraska or Compact State license and BLS issued through American Heart Association. 

Shifts:  12 hour shifts
