Not completing these could impact your ability to move forward with the assignment. Comment:ER RN- Level II Trauma. 2yr, BLS, ACLS, TNCC required. MD/Compact license verified through current NURSYS required at submission. Strongly prefer Epic. Patient population: All ages, all diagnosis. Orientation 1-2 shifts. Online modules before start. Ratios: Trauma: 1:2, Main 1:4, Fast track 1:5. Attire: Navy scrubs, natural nails. All schedule accommodations and PTO request must be provided at the time of submission. No time off will be approved after booking.COVID vaccine required. Medical Declination accepted, Must have signed and authorized documentation from Physician in packet or submission will be dropped. Flu Season ends 3/31, Flu vaccine is no longer required for start dates after 4/1. IVS to offer ***LOCAL RATE $76 will be offered to those within 50 miles of the facility *** *** UMMs will not accept professionals that have attended one of these schools identified by the DOJ.
