Could have 4 behavioral health patients/day with 4 sitters. RNs should have strong experience with patients in the Emergency Department. Interview should discuss benchmarks and initiatives. Community setting 10-15% Pedi patients, RN should have a comfort level with Pediatrics: IV starts, Foleys, etc. Security office and community police posting in ED. Full covid vaccination or medical declination with doctor authorization required at time of sub or file will be dropped. MD/Compact Lic required verified through current NURSYS at time of submission. Floating not required but could assist in the 5 bed locked psych unit in the ED.
