Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond to medical emergencies, including code blue situations, and provide immediate life-saving interventions. Patient and Family Education: Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and post-discharge care. Equipment Operation: Competently operate and troubleshoot complex medical equipment used in the ICU. Infection Control: Strictly adhere to infection control protocols to maintain a safe and sterile environment. Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, including assessments, interventions, and progress notes. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: * Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in state of practice. * BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
