Travel Nurse RN - OR Circulate - $2,500 to $2,800 per week in San Rafael, CA - JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operating Room (OR) Circulator Registered Nurse to join our surgical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating patient care in the operating room, ensuring a safe and sterile environment, and supporting surgical procedures across multiple specialties. This role requires strong clinical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced surgical setting. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Serve as the circulating nurse during surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and adherence to sterile techniques. * Prepare and maintain the operating room environment before, during, and after procedures. * Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical team members to ensure efficient workflow. * Verify patient identity, procedure, and surgical site in accordance with safety protocols. * Monitor patient condition throughout surgery and respond to any changes promptly. * Ensure all surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment are available and functioning properly. * Maintain accurate documentation of surgical procedures and patient care. * Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory standards.
