This role provides direct clinical patient care, including assessing, planning, and implementing care for assigned patients on a per-shift and unit level. The RN supervises staff to whom care is delegated and supports the Chief Nursing Officer in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care. A sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 is available based on eligibility. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Coordinates patient care for assigned patients utilizing a multidisciplinary approach * Develops plan of care for newly admitted patients and modifies as condition/needs change * Delivers designated nursing interventions consistent with the stated medical plan of care * Performs procedures in the specialty service area * Documents nursing care accurately and completely in all assigned patient records * Performs related duties as required REQUIREMENTS Must-Have * Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing * Active RN license/permit for the applicable state * BLS certification required upon hire * ACLS certification required within 3 months of hire (Med/Surg/Tele RNs) * CPI certification required within 3 months of hire * PALS certification required within 3 months of hire Preferred / Nice-to-Have * Academic degree in nursing (Bachelor's or Master's degree) Apply now: _Permanent Placement | Confidential_
