Qualifications: * Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. * Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. * Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in labor and delivery nursing. * Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to remain calm and focused in high-stress situations. * Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
