This year, travel nurses have a new way to recognize the people and organizations that made their experience a positive one.
As part of TalentTrack, the healthcare staffing conference hosted by TrackFive, the first-ever TalentTrack Awards will highlight great work happening across the healthcare staffing industry. Two of the awards — Recruiter of the Year and Provider’s Choice — are entirely clinician-voted, giving travel nurses a direct voice in recognizing standout support.

Recruiter of the Year
The Recruiter of the Year Award recognizes recruiters who truly show up for travel nurses.
That might look like:
- clear, consistent communication
- taking the time to understand your goals
- advocating for pay, benefits, or better working conditions
- staying available and supportive throughout your assignment

Provider’s Choice Award
The Provider’s Choice Award recognizes staffing agencies that travel nurses trust and feel good working with.
This award reflects the full experience — from onboarding and placement to support during assignments. If there’s an agency you’d work with again or regularly recommend to other travel nurses, this is your chance to share that feedback.

You don’t need to write a lot! Thoughtful, honest responses are what matter most.
