TEST NEGATIVE FOR NICOTINEPICU is a 26 bed unit, IMCU is 13. Previous travel experience of one assignment is required. Two years of experience is required for the PICU. For IMCU, all candidates must have some PICU experience due to floating. 2-5 years of clinical experience in the specialty is required. Floating is required within the ICU cluster (NICE, PICU, Burn PICU, IMCU). Travelers are first to float. Nurse/Patient Ratios: PICU; 1:1-2, IMCU 1:3-4Ancillary Assistance: CNA/PCT Yes. 1-2 PCTS per shift. Advanced Practice is on the units. In PICU, there are Residents, Fellows and Attending MDs.
