The interview process is a preliminary screening where you can expect to be asked about your certifications to make certain they fit the unit's requirements, if you're able to do certain tasks such as using IVs, and all about if you have the right skillset in whichever specialty the position is. Additionally, you should be ready to answer scenario questions like "what would you do if" Since most travel nurse interviews are just phone interviews, be sure to have any materials like resume and job description in front of you so that you can be ready to answer! Travel nurses should also make sure that they are ready to ask their interviewer questions. The interview is THE time to get all your queries answered.
