My experience so far has been varied, some recruiters/agencies seem to prefer their online application with some having a "fast app", some will accept a resume to go over their various travel assignments and compensation packages, others will go over the assignments and areas you're interested in and the associated compensation package then take your resume and if you're really interested and ready fill out the rest of the necessary forms online
