Travel nursing differs from regular nursing because it offers you adventure, freedom of choice and the flexibility to travel to different places. Every day there is new opportunity and you have the freedom to move from assignment to assignment to any state that you wish to travel to. "Regular" nurses are stationary where as travel nurses are constantly on the move with the ability to make memories everywhere they go. Travel nurses also receive higher pay due to their flexibility towards traveling all around in comparison to regular staffing nurses.
