Pay has to do with what specialty you are in, and the facility and location of your assignment. Usually pay is hourly depending on your specialty as well. Pay is usually every one or two weeks via direct deposit or mailed check depending on your preference. You will usually be filling out time sheets to keep track of the hours that you worked. All in all it depends on your current employer.
