remote coding fits my lifestyle

Challenging and exciting coding experience. There is a great deal of flexibility when scheduling your work day. Many opportunities to attend seminars and coding training.

productive and interesting work place

Every day was different while working here. That was my favorite part. I worked in three different departs and each one was different from the last. Some days I would do more paper work, other days I would busy from the moment I came in till the moment I left with patients. I worked with a small but group of people. I learned a lot from this experience

Excellent money...but

this is the worst place to work. Politics and poor staffing ratio's. Nurses working scared and covering up mistakes. Medications errors, blood and chemo to the wrong patients. Patients found dead when nurses ignore alarms due to staffing. Clinical leaders taking a full assisgnment. Educators who are not unit based. A poor poor place. Why go there when you have MGH and B and W.

Wonderful physicians, Fast paced multi tasked, diverse duties, heavy phones,

I loved my job duties and working for Tufts. Able to initiate and implement a patient/customer satisfaction program that went hospital wide and became a part of the new hire employee orientation and the employee annual review evaluation.
