productive and fun working and helping patients

Begin a intern was the most rewarding opportunity i could ever have. I help patients by taking their vital signs etc.. my co- workers and i were a team. helping each in a time of need. overall i had a positive experience.

Wonderful work enviroment

A tyipcal day was checking the mail, and faxing employees work status information to interested parties. I learned office skills and organization skills. The co-workers were a great team of professionals. The hardest part of the job was making sure everyones files where in the correct place, and finding information on employees if they weren't within the computer system. The whole job was enjoyable.

Excellent medical center, and an overall great place to work

I gained valuable experience in Public Affairs, Marketing, Development and Special Events. Excellent management, Tufts Medical Center is a great place to work.

Good place to work with many experienced nurses

There are a great deal of long termers here at Tufts Medical Center. That has proven to be a good thing over the years. The nursing staff on most units are fairly seasoned and retention is good. There is some politics involved with the movement of nurses up the ladder into elevated positions which is only beneficial if you the right person likes you, but I suppose that goes on in most places. Great teaching hospital encourages you to be involved in education rounds, tumor board meetings, etc.

Great diverse culture

Tufts Medical Center is a wonderful place to work because of the fantastic culture and professional team environment. It feels wonderful to work for an organization that values each one of its employees.
