December 28, 2021 Don't work Here!!!!!!!!!When I started back in 2011, I was a TPW I was going to school to be a nurse. I worked here as a TPW for 2 years, I worked days it was a good place to work grate people and more. Well as TPW you deal with so much you deal with crazy people who should be in jail, but they are sent here. When I was working as a TPW I was working on a Monday I had the weekend off. I came in did all the things I do when I walk in. Well long story short it was about 12:30 lunch just ended, and we were getting ready to do are counts. We just got a new patient on my unit and the patient was not okay at all he or she was upset and not wanting to wait to get his or her stuff from campest police. Well, they started to go crazy hitting others and yelling and more. Well, we called for a code and the police did not want to come on to the unit because they were scared of this patient. Well, we have to stop all fights and get in the middle of them well that day it was bad. 5 TPW's were hit so hard that they had to go to the ER 4 TWP's were sent home because they got hurt really bad. 2 TPW's arms broken that day all from this one patient. I was sent home because I got hurt that day really bad, I had to take off work for 6 weeks. after I came back to work, I was no longer a TPW. I was a nurse here for 7 years I just quit my job here a few days ago. Well while I was a nurse 3 patients died one was killed in the kitchen staff killed them and Liz Banks did not care at all AKA Liz Banks is the owner of summit. One patient was killed by a TWP the other patient was killed by another patient. And working they you have to lie no matter what you think is right you have to lie. And I say this because if you don't lie, they will fire you. Well about 3 months ago I was working my day shift and they was a code blue that mean someone is really hurt and might be dying. Well, I was running to the unit to help out when they said over the enter come don't worry all clear. So, I go back to my unit, and it goes off again and the same thing all clear well I just went ahead and go to the unit, and I see that the code is not clear I see that the patient is all the ground covered in blood and I said what happen and they said oh he fell I said what they said he fell. Well 3 days later I found out that he did not he was stabbed 5 times. and that's when I wanted to quit. |
