takes loyal workers for granted

The respect for LPN's is in the toilet with this company. No value for loyal employees. all Lpns were moved from their units to the skilled nursing floor where we were abused so that we would quit instead of staying to receive a severance. They ultimately shut the floor down and our jobs with it, not even a transfer to a different facility was available.

Productive and Professional place to work at

A typical day at work is for 12 hours on a telemetry unit. I learn everyday something new about telemetry and patients with a diagnosis of conditions pertaining to the heart. I deal with chest tubes, EKG, heart monitors, angiograms, stress test, ng-tube, g-tube, PEG tube, etc. What I enjoy the most is that I learn something new every day and my co-workers are like a family.
