NURSE RAY JENNINGS tried to send me into CARDIAC ARREST two years ago today! On 04/27/2015, I went into CORONARY BYPASS SURGERY, at the LAKEVIEW REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER, in COVINGTON, LOUISIANA! I was in SURGERY for over 5-hours, and was wheeled into the ICU at 10:30 PM. 2-hours later I woke up in the ICU, on 04/28/2015, suffering from EXCRUCIATING PAIN in my right SHOULDER, which had been FRACTURED in two places! NURSE JENNINGS looks down at me CRYING and said, "YOU JUST HAD OPEN HEART SURGERY, WHAT DID YOU EXPECT"! ... and everything went DOWN HILL from there. NURSE JENNINGS continued to VERBALLY and EMOTIONALLY ABUSE me until 8:00 AM in the MORNING, telling me things like to "YOU NEED TO MAN UP", "STOP ACTING LIKE A LITTLE GIRL", "YOU ARE NOT BEING A GOOD SOLDIER", and refusing to call a my Family Members, in spite of numerous requests on my part. NURSE JENNINGS ignored my SUFFERING, and refused to provide me with a NON-VERBAL PAIN LOCATION and PAIN LEVEL ASSESSMENT CHART! ... as a matter of fact, NURSE JENNINGS continually listed my PAIN LEVEL at at ZERO, on all of my MEDICAL RECORDS CHART! Before NURSE JENNINGS left for the day, at 8:30 AM he came into my ICU and said to me, "I'M SORRY IF I WAS A MEAN NURSE", in front of both my WIFE and DAUGHTER! The Sixth Amendment to U.S. Constitution's guarantee the right to a speedy trial, doesn't apply in MEDICAL MALPRACTICE LAWSUITS! The Sixth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, and the constitutions of the individual states guarantee the right to a speedy trial, obviously, doesn't apply in MEDICAL MALPRACTICE LAWSUITS, in the STATE of LOUISIANA. CASE IN POINT: MARK ANTHONY TRAINA has been involved in a MEDICAL MALPRACTICE LAWSUIT against the LAKEVIEW REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER and RAY GRAVES JENNINGS for over 2-years! We, meaning both the PLANTIFF and the DEFENDANTS have completed the DISCOVERY PROCESS, as well as, been through the MEDICAL REVIEW PANEL PROCESS, and are both looking forward to presenting our EVIDENCE to a LOUISIANA JURY! On 09-01-2017, I, MARK ANTHONY TRAINA, in GOOD FAITH, paid the ST. TAMMANY PARISH CLERK of COURT's OFFICE $280.00 to SET a COURT DATE for my long awaited TRIAL, and on 09-12-2017, I was told by the CLERK of COURT, MS.
