A great stepping stone for what I would like to do in the future

A typical day at work is very fast paced and there is a lot of multi-tasking, I enjoy what I do, it is giving me the needed experience for my career. I am in a leadership development training class offered to aspiring managers and supervisors. I have a very supportive organization behind me.

Great pay, great co-workers, growing hospital system

Everyday is different, some days the assignment can be difficult with littele support from management. I have learned a great deal in the two years working for this company. Management can be difficult to deal with at times. My co-workers are amazing for the most part. The majority of them are very helpful. Some co-workers can be difficult to work with but its a small percentage. The hardest part is when multiple issues happen at the same time and management is not supportive. The most enjoyable part is when a patients need is met and you can see the appreciation in their eyes.

Wonderful group of co-workers and patients

I enjoyed the patients, co-workers and the job. Would love to work for them again in the future. I learned many skills over the past 12 years and made exceptional friends who will always be dear to me.

great place to work and learn

Like working with the patient and the nurses. Was able to recognize problem of patients health as i learned to do patient assessmens and patient care
