Difficult place to be a traveller. Most of the coworkers and staff are pleasant to work with. Charge nurses will continue to load travellers with patients when others do not have patients. ICU holds stalled the ER over the winter and ER nurses are expected to do ALL orders for hold patients and continue to take new patients. Overall the physicians were rude and do not want to be questioned about anything. Some were phenomenal ER physicians but some didn't want to be bothered. Lots of fighting between admitting physicians and the ED physicians about who is responsible for patients. Facility is very nice and new. The equipment is top of the line and readily available.
