Poorly managed with very little interest in employee satisfaction

Scheduling is inconsistent preventing staff to be able to make life plans. Vacation requests go to seniority first preventing a large portion of staff to get the time off they would like with their family. Upper management does not put effort into communicating with staff. The unit manager is not present, does not return emails nor can she forward messages on correctly. She is not interested in meeting staff new to her or in the faculty who work on the unit in general. The most positive aspect of this facility is the staff. The staff are genuinely wonderful, hardworking and team oriented people.

PPMC is a great place to lead.

I have nothing but the utmost respect for the people that spend so much time caring for others within their workday. Staff that I worked with understood that what we do is far more than customer service. We touch the lives of patients as they walk through their healthcare journey.Providence is committed to growth and development, and work life balance when you are an efficient and productive employee.

Lead for the Accounts Receivable and Payable to and from Medicare Northwest

Was in charge of updating all departments of each new regulation and or program memorandum that standard insurance companies had to follow, as a secondary insurance company complies with Medicare's/CMS regulations.Enjoyed attending seminars and obtaining information to provide to co-workers, supervisors and other insurance companies at the different departments within Providence.

Great teamwork among staff and learning experiences. Friendly and open demeanor received from employees, willingness to teach and share experiences with students.
