April 23, 2015 Poorly managed with very little interest in employee satisfactionScheduling is inconsistent preventing staff to be able to make life plans. Vacation requests go to seniority first preventing a large portion of staff to get the time off they would like with their family. Upper management does not put effort into communicating with staff. The unit manager is not present, does not return emails nor can she forward messages on correctly. She is not interested in meeting staff new to her or in the faculty who work on the unit in general.The most positive aspect of this facility is the staff. The staff are genuinely wonderful, hardworking and team oriented people. |

Staff that I worked with understood that what we do is far more than customer service.
