Fun work place

Liaison between IT and Department of Cardiology. Liaison between vendors for 4D, Pace Art and Department. Trained new employees on computers and/or new programs. Troubleshooting for all computers, printers, faxes and copiers. Maintenance of all equipment within Department. Placed all necessary calls for repairs when necessary. Responsible for backup on Gemnet and Cardio Mac System for Cath Lab. Generation of Catheterization, Echo, Nuclear and Billing Charge Reports on a daily basis. Responsible for any corrections needed to be made in Cardio Mac or Gemnet. Placed supply orders via E-Way or Matkon System. Secretarial coverage as needed. Translation services.

Although it was busy, I was seen in a timely manner in Fastrack. The nurses were excellent and knew their craft well. I was contemplating urgent care for a cough, but this hospital was closer to me as I was visiting relatives. Thanks for great service!
