working as a team makes the a day on the unit easier

the nursing assistant stays on top of the needs of the patients as well as always offering the register nurse help. The hardest part of job is try to balance time with all of the patients. The most enjoyable part of the job is making a difference in someone's life, seen a patient come in their worst health condition and leaving better than ever and getting recognized for being part of their recovery.

Great place to work

Great experience gained over the years. A overall great place to grow as a nurse. I have gained many experiences giving me optimal confidence in caring for the sick at all levels.
