Patient and Employee Satisfaction is top priority

My experience has always been positive and challenging. Jersey City Medical Center focuses its time and energy on patient and employee satisfaction. Upper management is very engaging and encourages feedback from patients and employees. The most enjoyable part of my job are the people I work with and the people we serve at the hospital. I love the diversity.

challenging but rewarding

A challenging but rewarding place to work. The staff is very committed to deliver high quality care. At times the management is more concerned with keeping the staffing as lean as possible. The population served is varied and requires cultural sensitivity. This adds to the richness in working here.

Very busy place. Undersaffed and underpayed. A lot of employees have second part time jobs.

If you are not afraid of hard work you may enjoy the challenge this job presents
