very autonomous position

my typical day consisted of reviewng my incidents, that transpired overnignt or the previous day, that was not updated when I left the previous day. I had to round on all the floors, to see what was going on. Talk to the directors of the units. I handled, complaints, grieviances, safety issues, compliance issues. My director was not very educated as far as college , she only had work experience, and was not available as needed. I had only 1 coworker, the secretary, and my director. I learned alot of processes, and had alot of interaction with some very important people.
