Don’t bother

Had a paycheck withheld despite signed timecards. Most agencies start health insurance at day one. They tried to make me wait six weeks for coverage after start date. RNs not backed up with any safety issue. You’re told that management will hear about any safety issue you have but nothing happens. When the assignment I took through them tried to make me take an 8 month old baby on an adult telemetry unit and I refused, the agency did nothing to back me up.
