My story has a very different introduction from most recruiters. Almost 10 years ago, I entered the medical field, specializing in dialysis. Wanting more of career, I decided to travel and see what else was out there. Never in my lifetime I thought I would travel for almost 7 years, but that was the best decision made! I've traveled to places far and near, sharing my story to the world of travelers, patients, and colleagues respectively.
Most travel medical professionals would say they worked with many agencies, and I was no exception to that statistic.In 2012 however, I joined Fortus Healthcare, and never looked back. I just want to say that Nikita is so awesome she’s respectful of your time and she’s patience with you. This will be my second assignment traveling ever I was with another agency but when I spoke to Nikeedia I automatically knew that I wanted her to be my recruiter. I just want to give you one example I apply for my Alaska license and when I tell you that I has so many problems but Nikeedia step in and help me out. My stress level was over the roof but She assured me that everything was gonna be OK and it was needless to say I am on my way to Alaska and I think Miss Nikita so much for her patients in her time with me. I just also want to say to the travel agency that you guys have an awesome recruiter nurse that is working for you guys.

Nikeeda is an absolute pleasure to work with. She always has my best interests at the forefront and considers my life as a whole when offering new opportunities to ensure a perfect fit. When you meet a person like Nikkie you immediately are in awe. She by far is not only kind but she has an understanding for all in any situation and always willing to help. I'm never confused about an assignment because she has all info readily available for me in advance. With a child at home I appreciate that she understands & always puts forth that extra effort to accommodate my needs in finding work close to home. When a person like Nikeeda loves what she does, you can tell by how well the job is done.

Nikeeda is a rare gem in the world of travel nursing from my experience. During our initial dealings once she shared her travel journey I was sold! and everything else to come was a bonus. The experience she has had as a traveler herself is invaluable and it brings a unique perspective that not many recruiters have. Nikeeda is HONEST, respectful, committed, consistent, dedicated and personable all while advocating for her staff. Fortus is a great agency that will go above and beyond, them having Nikeeda really is an asset and she keeps me wanting to work with her and their company. I feel like a person while dealing with her an not a check, she truly cares and its obvious during all interactions.
