Travel Nurse RN - Admin/Mgmt - $1,710 per week in Bottineau, ND - Summary : * The primary role of a charge nurse is to ensure that all nursing functions within the department run smoothly and efficiently. * They also provide guidance and support to help staff through challenging situations as they arise. Job Description & Duties: * Coordinating daily administrative duties, including schedules, nursing assignments, and patient care. * Review clinical staff charting of patients’ medical records and monitoring vital signs. * Supervising nursing staff and overseeing their needs.
