March 05, 2024 LPNThe recruiter Ms Pragya Jaiswal is an asset to this company,she has been phenomena throughout my journey in this company.She worked me through since i put my information on line.sometimes i want to give up during the application process but she will not let me go,she keep on encouraging me until she find me one of the great NH in NC.I use to work for a Rehab company as LPN for over 20yrs.i will work full time and then go partime and then leave for 2yrs,then come again during the past yrs.they use agency staffing but never put them on orientation,they only hire nurses that have used PCC on their 1st day obtain a log in from tech support and then go to work the assignment.This NH they sent me to gave me 2 wks orientation,1 week classroom and 1 week shadowing. I appreciate her so much, she check on my progress and i feel very comfortable asking her for help at any time ,continue the great job you're doing.for this i give Cynethealth 5 stars |
