Director of Nursing travel RN needed in Spearville, KS - The DON position is a working position and will be required to work the floor at times. Typically, the DON works business hours, 8 to 5 but 1 or 2 days a week will be on the floor (12 hour shifts) 6a to 6p. There will be times that that may need to be adjusted if things are going on like emergencies or late admissions. Call is 24/7 every weekend but the staff are empowered to do what they can for themselves and there is not much after hours call as a rule.
