Travel Nurse RN - Medical-Surgical - $2,300 per week in Mauston, WI - Job Title: RN Med Surg/EICU City: Mauston State: CA Job Type: Travel Contract Discipline: RN Speciality: Med Surg/EICU Facility Setting: Short Term Acute Care (STAC) Accepting Locals per Radius Rule? Yes Contract Length: 13 weeks Shifts: Days Shift Details: 12 Hours Weekly Schedule: 36 Hours Certifications/Licenses: * BLS Mandatory Experience: * MS RN Days * Shitt: Day Shift: 3, 12 hour shifts per week. MUST be comfortable with eICU patients as well as Med/Surg. Every 4th weekend, every other holiday rotation. * 2-year degree in nursing required. BSN preferred. * Must hold and maintain Wisconsin Registered Nursing license. * BLS certification required . * ACLS certification required. * PALS encouraged * Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail required. * Provides quality, professional, general nursing care to patients.  Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, documenting, and evaluating patient care for a group of patients in the department.  * Must adapt appropriately to changes in daily assignments, patient status changes, and unit needs. This position requires providing care to Med/Surg and EICU patients. * Skills:  * Intermediate proficiency with computers is required. * Excellent clinical skills and problem-solving skills required * Ability to plan, organize and prioritize effectively with staff, patients, and public. * Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and de-escalation skills. * Ability to have continuous oral and written communication with patients, co-workers, and supervisors is essential.
