Oh, is it really?!

The above quote is from a survey that indicates that there are different perceptions about the effect of the nursing shortage on patient care. Nurses think there is an effect, doctors and execs don’t. The report is careful not to say that specifically but the inference is there. In fact, the study’s author seems to go out of his way, using very diplomatic language, to avoid implicating the physicians and execs as being out of touch. I think we all know better.
