Adults and geriatrics. Telemetry, Cardiac GTT - NTG, Cardizem, Amio, etc, Post cardiac intervention exp, high flow 02 bipap/cpap, EKG TEST on arrival Omnicell, EPIC, SBAR, daily census= 73, 25 rooms, 47 beds, Common Pt Dx: Chest Pain, Syncope, Heart Failure, Sepsis, Overdose, GI Bleed, COPD, Pneumonia, Will see Medical, Surgical, Trauma, Oncology, Orthopedic as overflow as well. S/p Cath w/stent only (no CABG), ICD/Pacer insertions, Cardioversions, Manages/Titrates drips (Most common are Lasix, Heparin, Cardizem, Esmolol, Amiodarone, Nitroglycerin, Integrillin, Labatolol, Dopamine, Dobutamine). Patient Diagnoses: Chest Pain, Syncope, Heart Failure, Sepsis, Overdose, GI Bleed, COPD, Pneumonia, Will see Medical, Surgical, Trauma, Oncology, Orthopedic as overflow as well.
