Stable, growing facility

Very busy facility that is currently growing every year. Upper management is very focused on increasing business which makes for very busy days. Most employees are long time employees.

great atmosphere

the environment in which you work is stressful as it will be in any hospital but it still maintains a balance of work and fun. I enjoyed working here. I did not, however, enjoy the days where I got called off due to low census. and when I requested to be transferred to another floor or position the request never were submitted. but that was just the floor I worked on. I worked various other departments and they were fun and enjoyable to work

Local hospital with great clinical people

Local hospital with great clinical people. I learned my foundation of critical care and telemetry skills here. It allowed me to have a very broad and diverse background of nursing skills.

The Grant Projects were important and I enjoyed the work

Learned a great deal about Grant Projects, proposals, summaries and community programs. I was honored to work with a project to reduce infant mortality and morbidity.

Continual knowledge building in a co-worker oriented environment.

Accurately build and update patient information. Review what has already been done to try and find better ways to process the work.
