I had never done traveling nursing before, so I was a bit nervous at first, but Rolf made the transition so easy and painless. He answered all of my questions promptly and concisely. He is very professional, efficient in his work, and responsive. He made sure to check up on me during my first couple weeks of assignment to see how things were going, which shows that he really cares about the satisfaction level of his recruits. Nurses are so busy caring for others, it's nice to have someone that is looking out for us. His supportive nature, bright personality, and caring attitude makes him a pleasure to work with. I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking into starting or continuing their travel nurse journey. |
